Mont Projects (Pty) Ltd was born out of the realisation by founding member that unless the South African people, utilise customised technology and expertise with an African perspective, prospects for economic growth and development within the communities will be minimal.

Our Mission

The mission of the Mont Projects (Pty) Ltd is to achieve high levels of staff participation and in the process, improvement through feedback and the development of our staff such that each individual within our employ can realise their full potential towards the delivery of better services and sustainable development to our communities.

Labour Intensive Construction

Our Leadership is proud to hold a NQF 5 and NQF 7 Labour Intensive Construction (LIC) qualification. This supports our belief that labour intensive construction should be promoted to higher levels of implementation within the civil engineering construction industry in South Africa.

Professional Affiliation

We consider acquiring and sharing knowledge to be a cornerstone on the development of any institution. As a result, we affiliate ourselves with associations that keep us abreast of the developments in the construction industry and strive to improve the quality of professionals in South Africa as well as the services they offer. This is reflected in our professionals being registered and affiliated with the following institutions:

  • Engineering Council of South Africa(ECSA);
  • South African Association for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP);
  • South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP);
  • South African Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession (SACLAP);
  • South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP);
  • South Africa Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE);
  • South African Black Technical and Allied Careers Organisation (SABTACO); and
  • Institute of Municipal Engineers of Southern Africa (IMESA).

As a registered members of the above-mentioned bodies, we subscribe to the pricing structure prescribed by the relevant body and our design fees will therefore be calculated on the basis of the approved Cost of Construction Works.
